Drum roll please…. We’re delighted to declare By the Wye Glamping officially open for a new season of adventure! Come for a glamping holiday in Wales to write home about. After months of winter hibernation and several busy weeks of preparation, we are now excited and ready to welcome happy guests and excited glampers for our 2nd full year.
We can’t wait to show you what’s in store!
What’s new at By the Wye?
We’ve spent the last month or so sprucing up the glampsite and putting the finishing touches to our improved facilities ready for your next glamping holiday in Wales.
Elsewhere, we’ve done inventory checks and replenishing rounds and made sure every tent is well-stocked with all the necessary bits and bobs for your stay. We’ve counted cutlery, stacked logs, bounced on beds, and washed, ironed, folded and fitted blankets and bedlinen.
These inspections, preparations and updates are all part of our ongoing commitment to creating an exceptional glamping experience for our guests at By the Wye. We want you to feel at home in the great outdoors, so we provide everything you need to do just that – from the basics to the boutique, the fundamental to the really rather fabulous.
Summer Glamping Holidays in Wales
Talking of the great outdoors British Summer Time has officially begun. It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for, and frankly it couldn’t come soon enough. We can’t wait to see the countryside around us transform into a verdant wilderness – and it seems nature can’t either, as the fields and riverbanks are bursting to bloom with new life. Shoots of wild garlic are cropping up in the woods and encircling the tents, their heady scent lingering in the air. Wildlife is beginning to stir, the nearby fields are already filled with gamboling lambs, and soon the sounds of the woods will come together in a cacophony of bleating, and birdsong.
